How to Create an Invite Link for your SFS Listing

Quick instructions on how to create and share your SFS listing link with other creators.

How to Create an Invite Link for your SFS Listings:

Above your listing profile photo at the top of your screen, you should see a banner that says “Get even more SFS Partners.” When you click “Create Link,” you will generate a unique sharing link to send to creators who you’d like to SFS with. Sending them this link brings them directly to your SFS Request page, making it easy for them to send their content & propose scheduling dates/times.

Your link will show important information to your SFS Partner:

  • Your profile name (Ava Hadley ,for example), your profile avatar (profile listing photo), and username (such as @ava_hadley) .
  • Your verified fan count and top % within the last 30 days. Our Pro users have their stats updated automatically every single day; creators on our free plan get reminder notifications every 30 days to update their stats to stay current on our site.
  • Creators will also be able to view your review star rating, which helps build trust in the community.
  • Finally, they will see your SFS Requirements and an invite to specifically SFS with you.

After reading through the card, click “Create Invite Link” to generate your unique link for your SFS Listing.

Now, you can preview the link and start sharing it!

  • Each invite link is unique for your listing, so when you share the link with another creator who wants to SFS with you, it will bring them directly to your profile.
  • Click on the copy button to copy the link to send to other creators or to publish on your own social media accounts when looking for SFS.

The purple button that says “Lets Collab on ShareYourFans” brings creators directly to an SFS Request with you if they also have a ShareYourFans™️ account. If they don’t have a ShareYourFans™️ account, it will prompt them to create a free account and then route them back to your SFS Request page.

Clicking “unpublish link” simply deactivates the unique SFS Listing link for your listing. Creators who unpublish their link may not want to be found via our Browse Creators directory. However, we strongly recommend that you keep your link published that way you can have more SFS opportunities.

When you republish a link, the link generated will be the same link as when it was first created. There is no way to generate a new SFS Listing link at this time.

Updating Your Listing & Link Sharing

In the top right corner of Manage Listings you’ll see a few icons:

  • Share icon: The button on the left that looks like a share icon is where you’d get your SFS link to give to other creators who’d like to SFS with you. We have formatted this link to display key information cleanly on various platforms like X, Bluesky, and Discord.
  • The button in the middle with the arrows is the refresh button. When clicked, this button refreshes your screen faster than it would if you were to hit the web browser refresh button.
  • The far right icon once clicked displays a menu with three options:
    • View My Listing – Opens the public version of your listing.
    • Profile Settings – Takes you back to your main profile settings if you want to update general account info.
    • Pause Listing – Temporarily hide your listing from search results if you’re not available for swaps. You can resume the listing whenever you like.

You can edit any part of your listing by clicking Edit Details or Edit Preferences within the listing view. Use these buttons if you want to update your About section, niches, or collaboration requirements.
