How to Collaborate with ShareYourFans™️ Shout-For-Shout

Learn how to find SFS collab partners and create sharable links to your live listings.

After you’ve verified your stats, filled out your collaboration profile, and saved your SFS preferences, you’ll see a purple “Let’s go!” button—clicking it refreshes your SFS status and takes you into the main SFS dashboard.

⭐️ Your Activity Dashboard

On the Shout-For-Shout home page, you’ll see an Activity section with two panels:

Your Collabs – Once you start SFS exchanges, they’ll appear here. To get your first one, click Browse creators to see potential partners.

Your Listings – Shows how many of your SFS listings are live. Click Manage listings to edit or pause them.

Manage Listings

When you open Manage Listings, you’ll see each active listing as a card. Click View details to see the full listing page, which includes:

  • Your collaboration information: about, country, niches, content style, page strategy, traffic sources, contact details.

  • Your Shout‑For‑Shout preferences: stats requirements, collaboration types offered, feed/message durations, page types, content rating, and any additional notes.

  • A Reviews section: once you’ve done a few swaps, other creators can leave feedback here.

Create Invite Link

Above your listing profile photo at the top of your screen, you should see a banner that says “Get even more SFS Partners.” When you click “Create Link,” you will generate a unique sharing link to send to creators who you’d like to SFS with. Sending them this link brings them directly to your SFS Request page, making it easy for them to send their content & propose scheduling dates/times.

Your link will show important information to your SFS Partner:

  • Your profile name (Ava Hadley ,for example), your profile avatar (profile listing photo), and username (such as @ava_hadley) .
  • Your verified fan count and top % within the last 30 days. Our Pro users have their stats updated automatically every single day; creators on our free plan get reminder notifications every 30 days to update their stats to stay current on our site.
  • Creators will also be able to view your review star rating, which helps build trust in the community.
  • Finally, they will see your SFS Requirements and an invite to specifically SFS with you.

After reading through the card, click “Create Invite Link” to generate your unique link for your SFS Listing.

Now, you can preview the link and start sharing it!

  • Each invite link is unique for your listing, so when you share the link with another creator who wants to SFS with you, it will bring them directly to your profile.
  • Click on the copy button to copy the link to send to other creators or to publish on your own social media accounts when looking for SFS.

The purple button that says “Lets Collab on ShareYourFans” brings creators directly to an SFS Request with you if they also have a ShareYourFans™️ account. If they don’t have a ShareYourFans™️ account, it will prompt them to create a free account and then route them back to your SFS Request page.

Clicking “unpublish link” simply deactivates the unique SFS Listing link for your listing. Creators who unpublish their link may not want to be found via our Browse Creators directory. However, we strongly recommend that you keep your link published that way you can have more SFS opportunities.

When you republish a link, the link generated will be the same link as when it was first created. There is no way to generate a new SFS Listing link at this time.

⭐️ Update Your Listing & Link Sharing

In the top right corner of Manage Listings you’ll see a few icons:

  • Share icon: The button on the left that looks like a share icon is where you’d get your SFS link to give to other creators who’d like to SFS with you. We have formatted this link to display key information cleanly on various platforms like X, Bluesky, and Discord.
  • The button in the middle with the arrows is the refresh button. When clicked, this button refreshes your screen faster than it would if you were to hit the web browser refresh button.
  • The far right icon once clicked displays a menu with three options:
    • View My Listing – Opens the public version of your listing.
    • Profile Settings – Takes you back to your main profile settings if you want to update general account info.
    • Pause Listing – Temporarily hide your listing from search results if you’re not available for swaps. You can resume the listing whenever you like.

You can edit any part of your listing by clicking Edit Details or Edit Preferences within the listing view. Use these buttons if you want to update your About section, niches, or collaboration requirements.

⭐️ Navigating and Interpreting Creator Cards

When browsing creators, each listing card shows a banner with the creator’s photo, platform badge, and basic stats (fans, top %, score). Clicking on a creator’s banner will open their full profile listing, where you can read their collaboration info, see their SFS preferences, and send them a request.

When you browse creators, each card in the directory packs a lot of information at a glance.

Here’s how to read them and what to do next:

  • Stats: Each card shows a verified Fans count (their subscriber base), Top % (their ranking on their platform over the last 30 days), and sometimes a star Score if a ratings system is implemented. These metrics help you quickly assess whether a creator’s reach aligns with your collaboration goals.
  • Badges: You may see small badges like Pro or the platform badge (OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly, LoyalFans).
    • Pro indicates the creator is using ShareYourFans™️ Pro, which means they have access to automation and refresh their stats daily. Pro users can also view fan overlap metrics between each other’s profiles, giving more insight as to whether or not the SFS is a good match. Both users need to have Pro for this feature.
    • A “Free” badge (when present) simply means that creator does not have a subscription to Pro.
  • Click to see more: Tapping or clicking on the banner image/card opens the creator’s full profile listing. There you’ll find their About section, niches, content style, page strategy, traffic sources, and contact details, plus their Shout for Shout preferences and minimum requirements.
  • Collaboration requirements: Read their minimum fan count, top‑percentage thresholds, and whether they accept requests from below those limits. This helps you decide if you’re a good match before you send a request.
  • Reviews and ratings: Some profiles include ratings or reviews from past collaborations. These can give you additional confidence in the creator’s reliability and professionalism.

On the Browse Creators page, you can filter by platform, niche, fan count, top %, SFS type, and more. This makes it easier to find partners who meet your criteria.

⭐️ You’re Ready to Collaborate!

Once you’ve reviewed a listing and decided you’d like to collaborate, look for the button to initiate a Shout for Shout request (often labelled “Request SFS” or similar). Follow the prompts to propose a swap.

Always adhere to the creator’s listed requirements (e.g., SFW vs. NSFW, minimum stats) and respect their additional notes. If you don’t meet their minimums, you can send a counter‑offer with different terms, but be mindful of their guidelines.
