Managing Assistants and Team Members on ShareYourFans®

For high-volume content creators, managing a team can be essential to scaling your business while keeping things organized and secure. We make it easy to assign assistants, delegate responsibilities, and control access levels without compromising security.

Why Managing Assistants on ShareYourFans® is Better for You

  • Security & Transparency: You stay in full control over who can access your account—no more sharing passwords or risky workarounds.
  • Flexibility: You can add or remove assistants instantly, making it easy to scale your team as needed.
  • Professional Tools: Unlike traditional content management methods, we give you a structured, secure way to delegate tasks.

By using our team management tools, you can focus on content while your team handles the logistics, all within a secure, creator-first platform.

How to Set Up Assistants and Manage Your Team

💡

You must own the profile to manage team members. You cannot manage assistants for a profile you don’t own.

Adding Assistants to Your Profiles

Once your assistant has a ShareYourFans® account, you can add them to your profile:

  1. Click on Settings in the ShareYourFans® dashboard.
  1. Click on Profiles and select the profile you want to manage.
  1. Scroll to the Assistants section, found below Verified Stats.
  1. Click Add Assistant
  1. Type in their ShareYourFans® username (if they don’t have an account, they must create a free one).
  1. Click Continue and select their permissions (explained below).
  1. Save Changes.

Once assigned, the assistant will have access to the features you selected. You can edit or remove assistants at any time as long as you are the profile owner. There is no cap on the number of assistants you can have on ShareYourFans®.

Assistant Permissions & Roles

You choose exactly which permissions each assistant gets. What they can do depends on your plan for that profile: on a free profile, assistants can only do free-plan things. Some permissions only appear for platforms that support them.

On a Free Profile

  1. Drops
      • Lets the assistant join our drops on your behalf, right on our website or on Telegram.
      • Only verified creators or their authorized assistants can take part, which keeps Drops fair and free of fake accounts.

      Why this is useful:

If you have a team managing your promotional strategy, they can handle Drops for you while you focus on content.

  1. Shout for shout
      • Lets the assistant handle your Shout for Shout (SFS) swaps for you.
  1. Promo
      • Lets the assistant buy regular promo (a timed post or message) for your profile.
      • They pay with their own card, never yours. Whoever clicks Pay at checkout is the one who’s charged.
  1. Browser extension (view only)
      • Lets the assistant see your profile in the ShareYourFans® Assistant browser extension: your profile type and verified stats.
      • They can’t change anything. On a free profile, only you can verify or update your stats.

On a Pro Profile

Everything above, plus:

  1. Promo (full)
      • On Pro, the Promo permission also covers your sales: selling your promo, accepting orders, scheduling the promo posts and sending proof. It also covers buying GG (Guaranteed Gain) packages.
      • Purchases are still paid with the assistant’s own card, never yours.
  1. Browser extension (full)
      • Adds the Pro tools in the extension: the fan overlay, fan notes and AI replies.
  1. GG Swap
      • Lets the assistant handle GG Swap for you. GG Swap needs Pro on both creators’ profiles.
  1. Scheduled posts and Scheduled messages
      • Lets the assistant schedule posts and messages for your profile.
  1. Update platform authentication
      • Lets the assistant fix your profile’s connection to your platform if it disconnects from ShareYourFans®, without you having to log in.

      Why this is useful:

Your team can keep things running smoothly without waiting on you.

How to Remove an Assistant

If you need to remove a team member:

  1. Go to Settings > Profiles
  1. Select the profile
  1. Scroll to the Assistants section
  1. Click on the team member’s name
  1. Click “Remove Assistant”

Changes take effect immediately, and the removed assistant will no longer have access to your account.
